I’m super excited to be tossing all of my own wo

I’m super excited to be tossing all of my own work to the side and instead make a quilt pattern test for @holdmyseamripper Holly’s gorgeous #avantgardenquilt. Am I’m doubly proud of myself for sticking with all stash fabrics (except my backing…I confess). I am using an assortment of @annamariahorner fabrics from any and all collections along with a background fabric of my own design from my #cluelessfabric collection. 💕 This quilt is right up my alley with color combos and curves and playing with design. I’ll share my progress as I go! 💕 oh and it is course cat approved already. How do they do that?! 🤣 I just turned my back for a second ! #quilttesting #annamariahorner #oliso #olisoiron #thebestprocrastination

Not only is this Book Nerd quilt by @ely_sews beautiful, but look at that location!・・・
I finished my #booknerdquilt a few weeks ago and took it on a road trip to South Utah during spring break. We went to Zion and found some great backdrops. I was able to gift this to my dear co-worker, Linda, for her retirement. She was so very touched. She is an avid reader and we work in a library so I knew this pattern and the #bookishfabric by #sharongollanddesigns was perfect. I made myself the HAPPIEST curtains you guys! My bedroom is so cheerful now. Boho patchwork curtains with French seams and the prettiest fabrics.

Spring time means a freshening up time. And I’m

Spring time means a freshening up time. And I’m feeling the need for new bedroom curtains boho style. So I’ve gathered a bunch of my favorite fabrics from @sharonhollanddesigns and @amysinibaldi and some others that play well with these to make the ultimate in large patchwork curtains. 💕 These fabrics look pretty when all chopped up and placed in quilts. But there is something so luxurious about using large sections to create panels that just show off these lovely designs. 💕 It’s a bit improv and a bit heavily planned and 100% heavenly. French seams take more time but these curtains will be completely finished on both sides and give a stained glass look when hung. 💕 It’s going to be spectacular and it’s just what I need right now. #bohostyle #patchworkcurtains #springrefresh
